Structural features and installation issues of explosion-proof control boxes

(Summary description)The explosion-proof control box is mainly used to control the distribution box that controls the lighting system and the power explosion-proof box that controls the power system.

Information

The explosion-proof control box is mainly used to control the distribution box that controls the lighting system and the power explosion-proof box that controls the power system. Generally used in flammable and risky places, the internal structure is equipped with circuit breakers, AC contactors, thermal relays, transfer switches, indicator lights, function keys and other electronic devices. The electronic devices can also be customized according to customer needs.

1. Characteristics of explosion-proof control box

1. The shell is made of aluminum casting, and the surface is quickly polished and then powdered electrostatically sprayed, giving it a unique design;

2. It is a composite explosion-proof structure, the switch box adopts explosion-proof structure, and the busbar box and junction box adopt increased safety structure;

3. Adopting modular design, various control circuits can be combined at will;

4. It is equipped with a high-breaking leakage protector or leakage circuit breaker, which can be opened and closed according to the remote control outside the explosion-proof shell during operation;

5. Compact and reasonable structure, good applicability, flexible and convenient application, and good hand feel;

6. It has load, short circuit fault, phase failure, and leakage protection switch functions;

7. The standard parts are all made of 304 stainless steel plates that are resistant to strong corrosion;

8. Wiring methods include pipe fittings, cables, and explosion-proof hoses;

9. Can be customized according to enterprise requirements.

2. Issues that need attention when installing explosion-proof control boxes

1. When installing an explosion-proof control box, review the parts, prefabricated components, and size proportions to avoid any negligence;

2. When assembling the explosion-proof control box, do not bump, touch or scratch the explosion-proof surface to ensure the smoothness of the surface;

3. When tightening the shell screws and nuts of the explosion-proof control box, it is strictly prohibited to strictly investigate or use defective fixing screws and wrenches;

4. Before assembling the prefabricated components of electrical equipment in the explosion-proof control box, perform a pressure test according to regulations, pressurize 1MP, and maintain for 10-12S;

5. When installing the prefabricated components of the shell electrical equipment in the explosion-proof control box, pay attention to whether the assembly position is correct and the assembly is firm to ensure the stability of the shell;

6. When assembling the casing, use a numbering machine to print the numbers, and the wire numbers should be clear and detailed. Pay attention to the wiring method, color and cable diameter to avoid confusion and unclear memory;

7. After assembly, adjust according to the power distribution design requirements;

8. After the adjustment is completed, tighten the electronic wiring harness, install the cable trough cover, and pay attention to whether the terminals are well connected;

9. Before tightening the machine cover, evenly apply a layer of 0.1-0.3mm 3# calcium-based grease on the explosion-proof surface of the shell, which is also corrosion-resistant and moisture-proof;

10. When tightening the machine cover, use 18N, M tightening torque to tighten each screw relatively, symmetrically, slowly and evenly;

11. After tightening the hood of the explosion-proof control box, use a thread plug gauge to check the explosion-proof gap. The gap cannot exceed 0.1mm;

12. For explosion-proof control boxes, clean the outer surface of the outer shell after use and use appropriate outer packaging with foam plastic to avoid damage to the box structure and spray coating during transportation and installation to prevent water from invading the outer shell.
