1. Conduit wiring


All power lines without electrical control cabinets need to be piped. Pipe wiring has the characteristics of water resistance, corrosion resistance, and power lines are not easily damaged by mechanical equipment. It is common in areas that bear certain pressure.

 

1. Iron pipe wiring


l) Select the iron pipe type and pipe diameter according to the application site, the cross section of the transmission line and the number of single anchorages of the transmission line. The diameter of the cable to be worn should be 40% smaller than the nominal diameter of the pipe.


2) Take the shortest route as far as possible to lay iron pipes, and the pipes should have as few corners or bends as possible (generally no more than three).


3) When the iron pipe is bent, the bending half warp should not be less than 4-6 times of the pipe warp, and there should be no gaps and dents after bending, and the branch pipe should not have burrs.


4) Before the line pipe is laid, the dirt and water in the pipe should be removed first, and the branch pipe should be plugged with a bottle stopper; for the iron pipe installed on the surface, the pipe clamp should be used to ensure that the pipe is horizontal and vertical.


5) The wires of different voltages and different circuits cannot be worn in one pipe, except for the DC circuit wires and wire connectors. It is not allowed to run a single transmission line in the iron pipe.


6) It is forbidden to have connectors for the transmission lines in the iron pipe, and it is also not allowed to pass through the transmission lines wrapped with insulation layers after the insulation layer is damaged.


7) The compressive strength of the insulating layer of the transmission line of the threading pipe should be higher than 500V; the minimum section requirement of the transmission line is 1.5mm2 for copper-copper core cables and 2.5mm2 for aluminum-copper core cables


8) When installing the pipeline, use stainless steel wire with a diameter of 1.2mm as the lead wire. When the threading pipe is short and the bend pipe is relatively small, the stainless steel wire lead wire can be sent from one end of the water pipe to the other end. At this time, one person sends the wire and the other hangs the wire. If the pipeline is long or there are many bends, bend a small hook at the end of the lead wire, and pass the lead wire from both sides of the water pipe. When the stainless steel wire leads meet in the tube, rotate the leads to hook them together, and then pull the leads out from one end to pull the wires into the tube. Pay attention to add a retainer ring to the branch pipe when installing the line and ensure that the length of the threading pipe line exceeds the total length of the pipeline.


9) The iron pipe should reliably protect the zero connection or grounding device.


2. Metal hose wiring


Metal hose wiring is often used for the connection between the electrical appliances or equipment of the CNC lathe itself. When using metal hose wiring, the size of the metal hose should be selected according to the cross-section of the threaded pipe wire; metal hoses with misalignment and dents cannot be used; both sides of the metal hose must be connected by connectors, and the middle part should be fixed with pipe collars; suitable fixing methods and sufficient capacity should be used for moving metal hoses.
